I only need to send one fax — what should I do?

Your first one-page test fax is free. After that, the weekly plan covers a one-off job with unlimited pages for $9.99, and you can cancel right in the app as soon as you’re done.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are managed in your App Store or Google Play account and can be cancelled at any time. You keep access until the end of the billing period.

Is there really no per-page or per-fax fee?

Really. There’s no page meter and no per-fax charge — send a 3-page form or a 300-page filing for the same plan price. Like every fax service, we apply anti-abuse safeguards (covered in our

Fair Use Policy

) so spammers can’t degrade the service, but normal use — even heavy normal use — never hits them.

Is Fax App actually HIPAA-compliant?

Yes, and unlike most fax services we can show the receipt: our physical, network, and process safeguards are independently audited and certified by Compliancy Group. If you’re a covered entity under HIPAA, we’ll sign a BAA — that’s the document that makes any vendor’s compliance official for your organization, and many services quietly skip it.

How do Android and web pricing differ?

The prices shown are for iOS via the App Store. Android (Google Play) and web faxing through EveryFax are billed separately — switch platforms above to see each.

Why is the annual plan $249.99?

The annual plan works out to just $4.81 a week — about 30% less than the monthly rate, and less than half the weekly rate — for unlimited HIPAA-compliant faxing, delivery confirmations, and 24/7 live support. If you fax more than a handful of times a year, it’s the lowest cost per fax.
